Did Hitler Have The Right Idea?

I believe that hitlers ideas of a perfect race is correct. I do NOT condone though the slaughtering of other human beings at all tough. To achieve the race I would employ a mass sterilisation program against:

People with Mental disabilites.
People with inheritable physical disabilities.

I would also employ a breeding program with exetremly fit, smart, attractive and healthy people so a super race would be created. These people would be able to have jobs which required brains and ability while the average people would have average jobs, serving people.

Android,

Fact: Poor, unitelligent people have an average of 3 kids.
Fact: Rich, itelligent people have an average of 1 kid.
Fact: People with mental disabilities cost counries money.
Fact: A super race would probably be able to find a cure for dieseases like cancer.

EDIT: Without this program we WILL be over populated!

It doesn't really work that way, there is no way that you can measure the quality of genes, you can't make tests based on iq tests and pure physical nature, iq varies alot depending on how you do the test and just because you are going to the gym alot doesn't mean that your genes necessarily are good. And over population resolves itself, if the children can't be fed they will die.

We will be over populated anyway. Have you ever read "Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley? I think you'd enjoy it. I know you would. Go borrow it from your local library.

well, first of, as someone already mentioned, having two smart parents doesn't necessarily make you smart. second ; really intelligent people would never agree to be part of such a program. third ; if it would work, and every family only had one child (seeing that they were able to have any at all) wouldn't just solve overpopulation, it would solve population as a whole. fourth ; intelligent people aren't always rich, and vice versa - rich people aren't always intelligent! fifth ; i think it's alot harder to create a super race (seeing it would take centuries, maybe a millenium or two) than to find the cure for cancer. there already are treatments that make people recover from cancer, it all depends on which type of cancer and when it's discovered. and it's more likely that us 'super-humans', who don't have any disabilities, all ready have destroyed the cure for cancer, as well as the cure for aids. sixth ; if one can afford to create a 'super race', one sure as hell can afford 3% of the population to have mental disabilities. seventh ; some of our greatest masterminds up to date, have had mental disabilities, and would therefore make your team of 'super-humans' that would get to reproduce. and eighth ; this is truely one of the dumbest suggestions i've read in a long time!

And what do you mean by a sterilisation program?

Hitler was a facist. His plan was facist. Nothing more to it.

BUT I do believe that all people are good natured (aside form the ones with unmistakable mental disabilities). If someone has a plan that seems like a good idea at the time, it probably didn't seem like that much of a bad idea in his own head, thus you can't really judge that person for being cruel or whatever.

PS: I do NOT condone anything that Hitler did. Even if he killed one person out of facism I still wouldn't believe in what he did as being right. I simply think that judging him, or anyone for that matter, is simply not ours to do. It's not anyone's to do. A person is what he/she makes for him/herself, and not what other people make for him/herself.

My friend and I were actually discussing Hitler last night and we came to the conclusion that he was one of the most brilliant people of the 20'th century. Not for what you're talking about though. But the guy was a genius.

well if you wanted to make your race a race of blonde white peopole with blue eyes then your plan would work if you had only blonde white people marry and have kids, but beyond that genes get more complicated the looks genes generally take the dominant trait, but the others, i never actually learned how the process happened but if both your parents are smart and healthy that doesnt necisarily mean that your kids will turn out that way, you have heard of healthy parents kids having deformed limbs or sometimes things like add or some bizzare mental illness havent you?
